Website analytics
ToolCriterion may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, referral sources, and site performance. Our initial configuration does not intentionally use analytics to identify individual visitors.
Affiliate click measurement
When you select an affiliate link, we may record the article slug, product slug, CTA placement, page path, destination domain, general traffic channel, and campaign tags. We do not intentionally include names, email addresses, or the affiliate URL’s query string in this event.
If you contact us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond, assess corrections, maintain relevant correspondence, and protect the site. Do not send passwords, payment information, or sensitive account data.
Third-party websites
Affiliate and reference links lead to websites controlled by other organizations. Their privacy practices and cookies are governed by their own policies. Review those policies before providing information.
Data choices and contact
You may ask about, request access to, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted directly by emailing hello@toolcriterion.com. Legal or security obligations may require limited retention. Browser privacy controls can restrict third-party storage and referral information.
Children
ToolCriterion is intended for business software research and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy when our analytics, contact, advertising, or newsletter practices change. The updated date identifies the latest revision.
